Bandung Coconut Rose Macchiato

  • 60ml Bandung Coconut Soju

  • 150ml Chilled Coconut Water

  • Rose Cream Foam

  • Ice

Method
Fill a glass with ice. Pour Bandung Coju and top with chilled coconut water.

In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream with rose syrup until smooth and lightly fluffy. Gently spoon the rose cream foam over the drink. Garnish with dried rose petals.

For a simpler and lighter serve, enjoy it without the rose cream foam for a clean floral coconut highball.
