Delivery, Orders & Quality Claims
This policy applies to purchases made through the Rachelle The Rabbit Distillery website and forms part of our Terms of Use.
1. Delivery Area and Timing
We currently deliver to Singapore only.
Delivery charges and available delivery options will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
To request delivery on a specific date, please enter your requested date and any hours to avoid in the Order Details box at checkout. For express delivery, please also state any hours to avoid. We will try to accommodate special requests, subject to availability.
2. Alcohol Purchase and Age Verification
Important: It is an offence for an individual under 18 years of age to buy liquor.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the person receiving the order is also at least 18 years old.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are stated in Singapore dollars inclusive of GST. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing, product-description or availability error before dispatch. If this affects your order, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and refund.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, refund or cancellation.
5. Changes and Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us at hello@rachelletherabbit.com within 3 hours of placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate requests made before an order has been prepared or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to amend or cancel it.
If a cancellation is accepted, we will process the approved refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged, Incorrect or Quality-Issue Products
If an item is damaged, incorrect, missing, or you believe there is a product-quality issue, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at hello@rachelletherabbit.com or via WhatsApp (text only) at +65 8451 5389.
To help us assess the issue, please provide:
your order number;
clear photographs of the product, packaging and any damage;
a brief description of the issue; and
the remaining product and packaging, where applicable.
Please do not dispose of, return or send back any product unless we have first provided written instructions.
If, after review, we confirm that a claim is valid, we will arrange an appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement, refund, credit or another reasonable remedy.
7. Returns
Because alcoholic products are consumable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after an order has been dispatched or delivered.
This does not affect your rights in relation to products that are damaged, incorrect, defective or do not conform to the order.
