Osmanthus Mead
DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Apricot Tea Mead, Osmanthus Mead returns with a refreshed expression, now defined by elegant floral notes of golden osmanthus layered over a delicate honeyed body. Light, smooth, and gently aromatic, it finishes clean with a soft, lingering sweetness, crafted for effortless enjoyment in Singapore’s tropical climate.
OUR ORIGIN
At the heart of our distillery is fermentation. Before spirits took shape, we explored honey as a medium, learning how subtle shifts in process could unlock entirely different expressions.
Osmanthus Mead reflects this early exploration, where floral character and balance take the lead. It continues to embody our approach today, thoughtful, precise, and guided by the nature of the ingredients.
