Rachelle The Rabbit began as a meadery, where our earliest work centred on honey fermentation and the pursuit of balance.
As we evolved into a full distillery, those foundations remained unchanged, shaping how we approach every spirit we create today.
Chrysanthemum Mead reflects this journey, a continuation of where we started, carried forward with greater precision and dept.
